Following is a midtown Tulsa complete home remodeling expansion, and rebuild project. This home was purchased in 2019 and we completely changed the home from a small 2000 square foot home built in the 1950's, into a brand new updated modern 3100 foot home with all the luxuries that you want in a new home. We only saved the foundation and some of the original bedroom walls. Everything else was removed and replaced with the latest modern amenities. We raised the entire roof to allow for a 16' entryway, and 11' ceiling in the living room and kitchen area. In the dining and attached den, the ceilings are 10'. We added a large primary bedroom and bathroom and large closet. The whole back of the house included large picture windows and 8' sliding glass doors, in order to open it up and be able to see the beautiful large backyard. All new electric, plumbing, hvac, kitchen, bathrooms, custom cabinetry, kitchen backsplash, kitchen appliances, utility room, three electric fireplaces, hardwood floors, new Thermal windows, two tankless water heaters, large tile fireplace wall, composite deck for the back patio, a three-car tandem garage with another overhead garage door out the back wall to allow access into the backyard. You can drive in the front and out the back of the garage! This project included many luxury kitchen and bathroom amenities that all homeowners appreciate in a new home.
